The house is great, perfectly sized for 2, and the bed is huge and comfortable. The backyard was amazing for sunbathing and just hanging around, and the pool was always at a fantastic temperature between 25ºC and 28ºC. The jacuzzi and ping pong table were also great fun! Oh, and there's this lovely and tame neighbourhood cat which would routinely grace us with its presence. It was so nice and friendly that we would have adopted it if it didn't imply taking it away from such a wonderful setting. The host is also very accessible and lives right across the street. We're definitely considering coming back next year if we can!

Madalena was very welcoming. She lives in front of the property. Therefore, she is available if needed. I loved seeing the goats and sheeps in the back of the property. It is nice and quiet. Very remote, so you need a car to get around. With that being said, there is a pastelaria and a grocery store within walking distance. There is a nice little yard with a pool and a spa to enjoy. Parking also available. The place was very clean. I would definitely go back. It felt like home.
