An absolute gem amid the high hills of Toscana. A spacious house on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms, sitting room and an open kitchen. The garden with the portable but huge pool, with the BBQ and sitting facilities outside were a pleasant surprise to us. The washing machine was a big plus. Rooms are nicely arranged. But the best thing was absolute cleanness. No dust even over the cabinets.-) Both in the rooms and the bathroom. Parking is ample because you just park in the garden under the tree. Communication with the lady from the agency was only via WhatsApp and she was very nice explaining everything we needed. Response to issues ( like WiFi initially not working ) was immediately solved within a day. We could even see the owner who came to reassure us that problems will be solved to their best. No moskitoes, no flies, because windows have nets. 20 km to the nearest beach (Solvey, Vada), but I do not recommend to go there. We drove 50 min south to Piombino (Spiaggia de Pontedoro) with a dream beach with shallow quiet waters, thin sand plus free parking near the beach. Plus free and clean enough toilets.-). Back to the house- there were 2 other appartments in the area, and people over there were very nice, but privacy is absolutely guaranteed. We would love to return one day to this typical Tuscany house. We were happy to be guests there.
