Location is perfect, very close to the coastal path and an easy walk to Polzeath beach. Very comfortable for two people with lots of space.

well situated, clean and comfortable. would have been nice if fans were provided as bedrooms were extremely hot at night especially loft room. otherwise a perfect family stay , near to a great beach and local shops.

Superb location, very comfortable beds and quite a lot of space in the property. The cooking facilities were excellent and everything worked well. The rooms are nice and warm with a fire to boost the temperature if needed.
