The fine print
The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machinesIf keys are lost or left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of these hours. New keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Closer to arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Excellent location facilitating visits to local attractions including Pollenca (5 mins by car). Quiet and rural. Pool and gardens kept in great condition. Well equipped throughout and comfy beds. Would highly recommend a stay at Villa Fullos.

Just got back from a lovely week at Villa Fullos with my family. The villa is beautiful with a traditional Spanish vibe which we loved. The Villa was clean and the beds were comfy. The outside spaces were great, my children loved the pool and we enjoyed sitting outside of an evening enjoying the warm weather. Villa Fullos facilities were exceptional they had everything you need and made our stay very comfortable. Overall a great place to stay. Great communication with the owner. Beautiful location, would definitely recommend hiring a car and getting out and about. Pollenca town is a quaint charming village/town, lots of boutique shops, tapas restaurants and cocktail bars. We would definitely recommend to friends .
