Location, so handy for Pollenca but yet not in the town. Also liked property was all on one floor. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, excellent size and bed very comfortable. Terrace very big as well and well equipped for 2 people. Also host was very friendly and very easy to deal with. We had a small problem with the kettle but he replaced it with a new one very quickly same day.

We instinctively knew we would enjoy our stay at the wonderful Ses Oliveres from the warm and friendly texts we received from the host, Jero. The villa did, in fact, exceed our expectations: it is pretty, bright and modern in lovely, picturesque and peaceful surroundings. It is ideally located for Pollenca - the centre is within walking distance of the villa - and a relatively short drive from Puerta Pollenca. The villa provided ample storage space for our clothes/toileteries and all the necessary facilities needed for a 2-week holiday. Our abiding memory, however, will be the outstanding personal touches afforded by the hosts - wine, chocolates and texts to ensure we were OK and thanking us for our stay and wishing us a safe journey home. These thoughtful messages were much appreciated - muchas gracias!

The location was ideal as it was only a 20 minute walk from Pollença. The facilities were well kept and to a high standard and outside space was delightful.

Jero was excellent. We never met him but communication was excellent. The property was in a great location, very quiet with plenty of space both inside and out. Lidl and another supermarket next door were a short distance away to stock up on our food and logs. The bed was super comfy. The shower was good. WIFI worked well. Very informative information pack. Our stay was in January and the temperature had dropped so we were very grateful for the logs initially provided (we bought our own from the supermarket after the first night). Due to the weather, we tended to go out all day (following the sun!) and return in the evening so we didn't benefit from the outside space unfortunately but in the spring/summer it would be lovely. Les Oliveres was very clean and well maintained. The water tank is relatively small and provides plenty of hot water for 1 shower (for a lady - to wash hair etc!) it is worth waiting 1/2hr for the water to heat up again for the next shower! There is a heated towel rail in the bathroom. There is also reverse air conditioning unit which you can use as a heater but in the colder weather you do need the log burner! (our temperature was on average 11 degrees during the day and 7 degrees at night). Memory foam mattress was lovely. Loved Les Oliveres and our stay in Mallorca but perhaps to really get the most out of the property we would like to return in the spring when we could sit outside and use the garden too with its olive and lemon trees :)
