The fine print
The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machinesIn case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside of those hours. New keys must be collected at our office by the guest.On the day of departure, no garbage should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied.Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We have been visiting pollensa for years and this is the best villa we have stayed in. Beautiful rustic villa, the beds were so comfy, agents were so responsive and helpful. Close to the old town, about a 20 minute walk to the square or a very short drive. 8 minute drive to the beach. Kitchen well stocked. BBQ provided. Amazing pool area. We have already booked it again for next year! I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Great location. stunning mountain backdrop, walking distance of Pollensa town, quiet and private, not overlooked. A stunning property, beautifully restored and modernised, set within its own large gardens and set off by a fabulous pool area complete with loungers and a shady decked area.
