Very well located 200meters from a beatiful beach and 5 min drive from polis and from “best beach” latchi. Nicely equiped one level cozy house with nice veranda by the pool looking at the sea.

Very good size pool. Only a very short walk to the sea. Good restaurants in walkable distance. Villa was nice and spacious.

Overall, great value for money, great location to use as a base and only an hours drive to airport. Facilities are very good, villa was clean and tidy, 3 nice bathrooms and bedrooms and for a holiday let was surprisingly good. Everything you meed really for a nice relaxing holiday. VIlla has a lovely terrace and pool, great for relaxing and the area is quiet. Also private parking in a gated community with other villas. Owners are very nice , responsive and very helpful. Was pleasantly surprised that the pool was cleaned twice while we were there and also maid service for towels/sheets etc. Very short walk to beach and 20 minute stroll to Lachi harbour, which has some good restaurants and small shops if needed. Short drive into Polis for more restaurants, supermarkets etc. I’d recommend this villa for a nice relaxed stay, lovely place to spend a holiday and just unwind in privacy, peace and quiet.
