Our second time in as many years returning to Villa Hera. It is lovely, well appointed, spacious, with all amenities required for an enjoyable, comfortable stay and that view, WOW!

You cannot ignore the amazing views of the sunset from this villa. However there are a few trees, not pictured, that are obscuring the view and put the pool area into shade in the afternoon. So full sun for the pool area is shortened from previous reviews, which could be corrected easily if the tress were kept in check. The pool is a great size and the overall accommodation was acceptable, but dated as previous reviews. Don't be fooled into thinking you can walk to the beach. There is no path what so ever and taking the road would be a very and dangerous long trek by foot. A car is essential.

The villa was very nice. Can’t understand the comments about it being dated. Everything was perfectly adequate for the holiday. The bed was quite hard but that’s just a personal choice. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The cold water dispenser was a godsend! Best part of all tho was the pool. 0.8m shallow end and a 1.8m deep end. Pool is in the sun from around 10am till sunset and the views over the Med are amazing. Watching the sunset from the pool is stunning. Plenty of restaurants nearby but I’d definitely say a car is essential as there are no paths direct so it would be a good trek. We’ve already booked to return next year. Not to this villa but the same company. Very good communication and the couple of small issues we did have were rectified the same day
