Such a spacious and lovely space. Lovely to see the animals milling about. Chilled and comfortable- just the place to recover after a full on day of sports. Thank you for putting up with us come in late, hubby didn’t cross finish line until 11.30pm

I had a wonderful week staying at the annexe, surrounded by farmland and animal sounds. Tilly the tabby cat came to the door most days :-) Lovely, spacious accommodation, with comfy beds and sofa, also a bath and shower. Location is exceptionally peaceful, situated on quiet country roads. A car might be needed for bigger outings, but I had a great time ambling on foot to local places; Arlington Tea Garden is delightful, and Abbots Wood mesmerising in bluebell season. Wilmington is about a mile away, where you can visit the ancient church and yew tree, and ramble on the Downs in sight of the Long Man. Lucy was a warm and helpful host, responding promptly to messages, and leaving me a box of freshly-laid eggs. Holiday heaven!

Really comfortable if you are looking for some time away from the city. Abbot's Woods is a couple of minutes away, and everything else is within a 10minutes drive.

Beautiful peaceful location, beautiful scenery and walks nearby. Beds and sofa very comfy. Well equipped kitchen and very spacious throughout. The property is well heated with an additional log burner if required. Waking up to the ducks, chickens and ponies was a delight. Beautifully fitted out bathroom.
