Excellent location. The whole town Polanica-Zdroj is a diamond in the crown of Polish resort area and the hotel is located right were it should be - not very noisy, yet close to everything. Delicious breakfast in a quiet open air atmosphere. Summer concert in the patio was a pleasant surprise - Chopin's music is never too old. I booked a room with twin beds, but Booking was not able to confirm the bed type. Although the room was provided with the double bed, the hotel stuff managed to change it to 2 single beds in a minute. No discontent, no complains.

The hotel and the surroundigs are beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The dinner in the restaurant was lovely, with live music. The hotel will provide parking spaces in the nearby street (reservation is needed) - not the most convenient solution, but better than nothing,

The accommodation is absolutely beautiful. We had a large comfortable room with a big balcony overlooking the park. There is a lift to every floor which made it so much more accessible for us as I was visiting with my elderly mother. There was a nice breakfast selection and choice. There even was a delicious cake and orange pancakes. In summer you can injoy your breakfast indoor or outdoor as the restaurant has tables outside. We asked for a fan to the room and they provided it. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely return.
