Our host Denise was very accommodating and provided plenty of information regarding places to dine and visit in the area. The Villa itself was large, well appointed and nicely furnished with a great view over one of the greens and out to the surrounding area. Also nice and clean.

Overall our villa #539 was very nice. It was in a lovely bush setting overlooking the green of a par 3 hole on the Cypress Lakes Resort Golf Course. While we were there, we witnessed a hole-in-one from one of the many groups that were playing the course. Pretty special moment. The villa is one of many that are nestled along the road that circles around the resort. Ours required going down about 20 steps to the front door which entered into the bottom level of the 2 storey villa, which had the main lounge, dining and kitchen areas. All of these were nice. This level led out onto a large deck overlooking the golf course and which had fantastic views over the whole Hunter Valley. There was also a downstairs bathroom. Upstairs there were two bedrooms each with ensuite. These were also very nice. Their bedroom windows had the same view as the downstairs deck. Both level had A/C. Our host Denise was very helpful and informative, and our communication with her was very easy. The villa was less than a 5 min walk down to the main resort reception, dining and bar areas. The shared pool for the villas was less than 3 mins away. I'd recommend staying here.

The view was beautiful, the place was stylish and fully equipped. The beds are so comfortable and attention to detail by the owner is spot on. Communication from the owner is prompt and wonderful to deal with.
