I had a great experience staying here. The location is just as I imagined only a short walk from Fewa Lake, which made it even more enjoyable. The comfort and cleanliness met my expectations perfectly. The only minor issue was that the staff wasn't easily reachable over the phone, but it didn’t affect my overall experience much. Everything else was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay

It’s owned by a warm and welcoming mother and run by her son, Nishan, who goes above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable and well taken care of. The apartment is well-furnished, spacious, and maintained to a high standard. Whether you're staying for a few days or a few months, it has everything you need to feel at home. One of the highlights is the location—just a short 12-minute walk to the lake, perfect for morning walks or relaxing by the water in the evenings. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to shops and other amenities. If you're looking for a place that combines genuine hospitality with comfort and convenience, Nishan Apartment is an excellent choice. I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

The hosts were very nice and hospitable. The room we had was spacious, with a balcony and small kitchen. They provided drinking water and let us use the washing machine which was very appreciated. The location is just a 15 in walk from the lake, more in the residential area with less hotels which was nice. Still lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
