Great hotel - I've used it before and knew that it would be fine for us. Excellent location, comfortable bed in a pleasant room with balcony and en-suite and very pleasant terrace and garden, but the crowning glory is the excellence of the staff ! Bhuwan Pandey and Ambica could not have been more welcoming and helpful.

I've stayerd there several times, and wouldn't have done so if the first visits had not been such a pleasant experience, so that as far as I'm concerned if I'm going through Pokhara then it's the New United for me. Location is great - 100 metres away from the main Lakeside road, so relatively quiet, but restaurants etc easily accessible Very comfortable beds, warm shower Pleasant terrace and garden Best of all were the staff ! Bhuwan Pandey and Ambica were always happy to go out of their way to be helpful

The host was so friendly, let me keep my bags there whilst I trekked, allowed me to have a shower when I returned after I got back. Breakfast was sooo good. They offer laundry service.
