The Host Bibika and staff are very polite and helpful. The location of the property is great and the rooms and facilities are great.They even allowed my Pet Dog to stay with me in the room and I really appreciate that.

The view of both day and night time from the room was great overlooking the whole lakeside of pokhara. The whole family was so supportive with all our needs, even when we needed hot water urgently at late night, they took the trouble for us. It's also a great location bit away from the main city with the cable car station being 900m away and kayaking being 10m away. The best part is they can book everything for you. Our whole experience was very overwhelming thanks to their support.
