staffs were so polite,helpful and so kind.I like the fact that we find everything inside to flourish, especially the different entertainments, the food for all tastes and the buffets last a long , no need to rush.

The hotel provides very good stay conditions. Location, food, quality of services at the highest level. The large and beautiful beach is cleaned regularly. Great idea to divide the pools into those for children and adults!!!

As always, it's a wonderful place to go and forget the stresses of every day life. Always food and drink on hand, excellent staff, and the only thing to worry about is not getting sunburn. You can relax by the pool, play table tennis or chill on the beach or on your balcony. It was our anniversary and Erika, the customer service staff member, did so much to make our anniversary special with little surprises throughout the day! We felt truly pampered and cared for, and refreshed to head back to real life after two days. There's a good selection of food in the main restaurant, though less choice in the speciality restaurants that you have to book a slot for. The 'espace détente' was particularly delightful, feeling surprisingly secluded and beautifully decorated.
