- There is no breakfast, but you can go to the nearby nice local family breakfast place. - You can buy entry tickets to the Jenkinson Beach in the motel with some discount, but you have to return them before 8pm - there is a penalty if you won’t. - There is an incredible seafood restaurant just around the corner.

I needed some help to get the air-conditioner to work and also for some eating utensils and the staff they help me in both areas. I was thankful for their assistance. Good walkable distance from Point Pleasant railway station.

The room was very clean, there is also a working television in the room, a mini fridge and a microwave. The heat was great. The hotel is close to everything, nail salon, restaurants, mini store, post office, even the train station.
