Beautiful place ! Clean, comfortable, lovely homemade cakes at breakfast and Francesca , the owner, could not be anymore welcoming. Suggested a local restaurant for dinner which had great food. Free secure parking and an EV charger. Attention to detail in the property is amazing and we even had the privilege of meeting mama !

Exceptional accommodation Franchhetta was the most welcoming host ..room was tip top .secure parking for motorcycle. Dip in pool was welcome. Breakfast was a 10 .will recommend highly 👌

Francesca was utterly charming and generous. You can tell she really wants her guests to have a quality stay. The room was spotless, bathroom generous, bed very comfy and fabulous breakfast. The outdoor seating is really good to have a (BYO) aperitif or coffee (supplied). The property is just off the main road, so no traffic noise at all.
