How can I start... The little village Poggio is well located and so small and wonderful. The view from the garden and terrace is spectacular. You can see Florence in a distance. Only like 20 min. to Florence. The villa is old fashioned but comfortable The Wi-Fi works great. Good parking with locked door. Cooking facilties with gas work great. The location to wine tasting and food tasting is very good. And so much fun to drive around in the countryside in Tuscany. The communication with Andrea was at its best, quick to answer and alway with good tips. We were sorry we didn't get to meet him/her, don't even know the gender 😁 we got a gift, red wine and olive oil home made.. Loving it. Fabulous stay for the money..

Everything was great but the most amazing is the view, you can sit at the terrace for hours and just enjoy being there :). The hosts were very nice and helpful, you can write to them with anything and they will help you right away. Just around the corner there is a restaurant so there is no problem deciding where to eat because everything is delicious there. I recommend :)!

So happy to find this one, it is a little gem. We stayed in the ground floor - one bedroom apartment with its own secluded area outside .The property has been in the family for at least three generations and is full of character and family history. The kitchen was a dream come true for every woman who like to cook, well equipped with character and looks of an old working farm house kitchen. It was pleasure to cook and dine there. Very romantic. The view is splendid . The location pretty much ideal, Florence and the beautiful Tuscan countryside,with wine tasting and small villages is only a short distance away. It was a pleasure to meet Andrea our host. He is himself a little treasure ! He was all that one could ask for and more. He made us feel at ease. Everything was done to make our time spent there as stressless as possible. The little information guide created for guests was invaluable. The directions to cheapest parcheggio in Florence were the winner for us. The guide also has a wonderful story concerning the family and to the properties history which made you feel part of the atmosphere. WI-FI was excellent!! Don’t forget to sample the wine from Andrea grandfather’s winery - simply delicious !
