We had a wonderful stay at this property. It offers excellent amenities including an underground garage, elevator, sun loungers, and a beautiful pool. The highlight was definitely the stunning view from the top floor, where we enjoyed a private whirlpool with a panoramic sea view. 🌊 The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach and very close to a bus stop, making it easy to explore the area. 📶 Internet connection was generally good, although we experienced occasional dropouts on the TV. Overall, we rate our stay very highly and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Villa Unique 9, is right by a beach where you can rent chairs and eat at Restaurants- a little overpriced but the average price in Split. A little local supermarket is located right next door made it convenient to get food/water when needed. The host was super nice and responded right away when we had a problem or question. They also had a rooftop which had a beautiful sunrise and the pool which the most comfortable sunbeds. A bus stop is located right outside the hotel and goes directly to Split for 2,5€.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Communication was smooth and friendly from start to finish. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend – we’d love to stay again! The host was also very friendly and helpful and was always there in case of an emergency!
