The apartment indeed was amazing and we had a wonderful stay in Podstrana! Everything was clean and the host gave us a warm welcome. The apartment is very spacious with a big open kitchen and a great view onto the sea. The beach is only a few meters away across the road with a beautiful pebble beach. Only the road is quite busy and it can be loud. But with the windows closed and the aircon running, this shouldn’t be a problem.

Very spacious apartment! Clean, modern, beautiful! Althought not sure its 120m2, but its big. Kitchen fully equipped, had everything needed and all equipment was fresh, clean and modern. Every room has working AC, closets, comfortable bed, althought billows for our family too soft. Owners supernice, very fast and good communication! Free parking next to house. Beach, first impression was that beach hard to reach but actually just cross the road and down from stairs - 5 min walk. And its sandy bottom beach! Walking distance from smaller grocery shops, restaurants, bakery. But to go to center of Spilt or bigger supermarkets we used car. Seaview balcony (total 3 balconys) but sadly littlebit disturb the construction crane in middle of seaview. Sunset also visible from balcony. If have chance to come back to Split than definitely number 1 choise to stay.
