Sweet little cabin — or at least that’s exactly what the room felt like. We had an incredible amount of space. The beds were very comfortable, and the heater was more than enough to keep us warm during the cold night — plus there are thick blankets available. We were welcomed very warmly and felt completely at ease. The restaurant next door is good, though a bit on the pricier side. A perfect base for exploring the nearby Poás Volcano.

The hotel is easy to find, located on the main road, not far from the Poas volcano site. The personnel is kind and willing to help. The room was rather large, though not sound proof (seems to be a common feature of hotels in Costa Rica), so if the room is on the street side it could be noisy from the traffic. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Overall it was a very good stay.

The place is clean. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Locatiob is great, close to the airport while you can see the nice scenery of the mountain side. The place is even equipped with a fire-place look-alike electric heater for use in the evening when the temperature drops in the evening. The restaurant is handy and provides nice food.
