Great place for the price to stay for a night or a few in Plzeň. Looks like the apartments were converted from an old dormitory (with a hallway-style layout). There are clear signs in the parking lot, so we found it easily. Entry was user-friendly (just note there's no elevator—only stairs). The renovation is relatively recent, and the room has all the basics you need. Bed linen and towels were clean and provided in good quantity. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Our family room had a bunk bed for the kids in a second room without a proper door, but it was still comfortable. The kitchen area had everything for cooking—kettle, stove, fridge, dishes and cutlery. We were lucky to have quiet neighbors, so we got a good rest. We parked our car right by the building, across from the sports center entrance—free of charge, with plenty of spaces. We got around the city by trolleybus—they run on schedule and are very cheap (24 CZK for an hour ticket, and there are daily passes too).

Good, basic room with big fridge/freezer, which was much welcome, as I always shop for 'exotics' like seafood when I am in Plzeň, as they are not available where I live 'in the sticks'!'. Location fine, just a few minutes on the Nr. 13 tram from the city centre.
