My welcome from Dan,the proprietor, was warm and friendly. The room was spotless and well appointed e.g. T.V,, kettle with tea, coffee, chocolate, etc. The shower (very efficient) was separate but close by; ample towels, soap, shower gels etc. The dining room was fully equipped; breakfast was extremely comprehensive, from full English to cereals, toast and all manner of drinks. I chose chef's (Dan) 'special' - a very tasty & delicious omelette. Superb!

Breakfast was lovely, clean, accommodating. Rooms were modest yet clean and welcoming. Easy walking distance to the sea front. Owner made sure I was aware of parking restrictions and provided advice on where nearby was suitable for an EV.
