The couple running the hotel are absolutely lovely! We stayed in a spacious family room with an en suite bathroom. The beds were very comfy for a good night's sleep. The room overlooks the park and is a 30ish minute walk into the centre. Great location if you don't want to be in the centre of town. We will be staying here again!

Comfortable and clean room and very friendly and helpful staff. Met all my needs perfectly. This is the second visit I've made and would definitely return if the need arises.

The owners were absolutely lovely, very friendly and welcoming. I requested a room on the first floor and was kindly given that option. Location is great, only a 10 min drive into Plymouth centre, and up to Tamar. Free parking, on a quiet road. Room was a decent size, airy and well lit, and surprisingly quiet for the number of stairs and doors on the hall.

The location is great, with the park opposite. On street parking easily available. Secure building. Felt very safe. Extremely lovely staff who were accommodating to my early check in. Quiet nights sleep. Comfortable bed. Tea/coffee provided was plentiful. Good value for money. Thank you.
