The fine print
Please be aware that being a grade II listed building Invicta Hotel does not have a lift. 3rd floor rooms are reduced in price to compensate for this but may not be suitable for guests with mobility problems. If you require a lower floor room, please let the hotel know when making a reservation.Children and pets may only stay on the first and second floor. The stairwells are narrow and cannot accommodate children or pets. There are no extra beds available for children as well. Family rooms have the extra bed for childrenWe provide Private Parking at the Hotel and it must be reserve prior to the Check-in date with £10 charge per day.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The hotel was located in a good location very near to everything we wanted to visit in Plymouth. The breakfasts were very good and well presented. Our room was very clean and maintained well during our stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
