Parking was easy outside the property, kitchen facilities available

Good location: it takes you 15-20 minutes walking to the waterfront, max. 30 minutes to Tinside Lido, 10 minutes to Mutley Plain, 15 minutes to the Railway station. Bus number 24 is three minutes away. You can use the kitchen facilities. You share a refrigerator and have your own bathroom. Everything is very clean. The host was responsive and helpful and provided the passwords for the house in time. There is a working TV and radio in the room. House rules were very clear and after 10 PM one could peacefully go to sleep ready for the next day.

Good value, simple accommodation in Plymouth. Useful to have kitchen facilities. Easy street parking nearby.
