Everything! The flat was spotlessly clean and very well provisioned with all the utensils you might need to enjoy a stay away from home. The sofa was super comfy and, to boot, they hadn't scrimped on "it'll do" - the items in the flat were the same items I'm certain the owners would use. The 65" 4K OLED TV with surround sound was a great bonus for me, as having a pain disability, I did spend some time in the flat. Also a help was the lift to the flat. It was the little things too, like the illuminated and heated bathroom mirror. All the pans were scratch-free and the Nespresso pod machine was a welcome touch, as were the selection of teas. The flat was spacious and airy and in an excellent state of repair - others could learn from this! I had issues my end when I booked, and needed to make changes - the owner went out of their way to accommodate me, which was most appreciated. We visit Plymouth each year, as I'm ex-forces and my wife's family is there, and I can say with certainty that we will use this flat again (and again...) Thank you for caring about the quality of the flat - it takes a lot of strain off a visit, and the effort is greatly appreciated.

Fantastic apartment in a great quiet location. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spotlessly clean. Great communication from the host. Was met at the front door and shown around. Free parking space on site which was great. Possibly the nicest apartment we've ever stayed in. Will definitely be staying here again.
