The location, the cosy style , the hotel is brand new, the rooms are not too big but they are comfortable and cosy; the breakfast is super good; the personal is very nice

"We had such a wonderful experience with your team. Maria at the front desk welcomed us with a bright smile and was so patient; she even went above and beyond by lending us her personal umbrella! We also want to thank the young gentleman at reception (we didn't catch his name) who was incredibly kind and gentle. He was so patient and wouldn't give up until he was sure we understood exactly how to get to the restaurant. They both made us feel so well-cared for
