So much to like about Villa Flavia. The location, the incredible building with its own Roman story, the breakfasts, the quality of the room but most of all the people who were top drawer in terms of service.

Staying at Villa Flavia was truly special. The hotel is built right above Roman ruins, and every morning the owners give a fascinating tour, sharing the story of the excavations and the history of the site. It adds a unique cultural touch to the stay. The owners go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome — their warmth and care can be felt everywhere. A perfect mix of comfort, history, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommend!

Very nice boutique hotel in the centre of the city The hotel is brand new, clean and pleasant. The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. The lobby, where breakfast is also served is pleasant and welcoming. Nice surprise is the tour at the basement of the building and its story

If we could give a score higher than 10, this place would deserve it. Lovely place, great staff and service, generous with amenities, free mini bar, and a fantastic historical touch with remains of Roman bath in the basement. The owner even arrange private tour of the Roman bath
