Advance booking is required for all Wellness treatments and Thermal area
- Please wear appropriate clothing whilst using the facilities; this includes wearing appropriate footwear and swimming clothing
- Please shower before using any of the facilities, and be aware of your physical limitations and agree to use the facilities and equipment of Imperial Plovdiv Wellness at your own risk, without supervision.
- The minimum age requirement for access to the Wellness is 12. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- In consideration of other guests, we ask that cell phones be turned off.
- Alcohol and smoking is not permitted.
- We encourage the use of your in-room safety deposit box for valuables.Massage Reservations & Cancellation Policy:
- Massage reservations will be charged to your room bill. Advance payment is available upon request.
- Cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance, or a no-show, will be charged 100% of the service price.
- In case of late arrival, the massage or therapy will be provided for the remaining time of the booked session.
- We recommend arriving at the wellness area 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed start.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Everything about the hotel is outstanding! Cleanliness, Food, Facilities, Staff and Customer Service is beyond expectations. The rooms are very big and very comfortable. The food and drinks in all the bars/restaurants were very high quality. The Spa is fantastic and the trratments are excellent value for money and on a very high level. We booked treatments every day.

From reception on arrival to reception on departure we found our stay to be a most enjoyable. All the staff were cheerful and welcoming. The rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and there was a lot of tasty and plentiful choices. The restaurant had a good choice and good waiter service. The whisky library was good welcoming venue. I’ll always return 🙂

Food is great. Parking is plentiful, secure and accommodating for low sports cars etc. Spa is very clean and well maintained on previous occasions. Standards climbed a year or two ago!.
