- The minimum age requirement for access to the Wellness is 12. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, nice garden around. While I didn't travel with pets, it was useful to see that dogs and other pets are welcome for future travel.

Maybe the best Hotel in Plovdiv. Clean, accessible and spacious. Rooms are huge, very clean and well maintained. There is on-side parking lot, nice garden with a fountain and a lot of shades where you can relax. Food is great, breakfast buffet is very versatile and fresh. The staff is orientation on details, and in service of the guests. Their spa center is also worth visiting, and very clean and comfortable. They light up candles for us, and made us feel very important and cherished.

Lovely room, very comfortable. Great facilities, good gym and spa. Lots of parking. Easy, safe walk into town.
