Positives are a very good location walking distance to old town and in the creative district that has the best bars and restaurants. Large apartment nicely decorated with air conditioning (which is critical in summer). You also get a discount to the bar owned by the apartment owners, and their craft beer is excellent. Other reviews have talked about noise from other apartments on the floor but I only heard one person entering their room one night - perhaps our fellow guests were considerate neighbours. I would definitely recommend staying here but please consider a few things below.

Very cozy room with excellent location. Considering the price, it is an absolute gem - 110% value for money. Perfect for younger people traveling on a budget, as well as anyone who doesn't need too much space. It is a mouse house after all :)
