Easily-accessible, spacious parking lot, big and clean rooms, SPA and pool available. The staff were super nice and polite. The restaurant has delicious and affordable menu. The hotel is not too far from the city center in regards of location but it is dar from the chaos. We booked a room to visit the Hills of Rock fest and the hotel is less than 10 mins away by car.

To be honest I can’t think of a single unpleasant experience in connection with our stay in this hotel. Everything was very well organised, the staff was amazingly friendly, polite and helpful. We loved our room, which was clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony. First impression is that the area is quite remote and far from the city but that is not the case. It takes 3 min in the car to the nearest retail park and wonderful choice of restaurants. If not driving, there is a bus stop few steps away and in no time you’ll be in the city. The hotel offers camp spaces for caravans and campers, which is very well maintained and close to the pool. We are planning on going back and spending more time in the area and take advantage of all the facilities available in the hotel. Trust me, you want regret visiting this place.

The hotel is charming, clean, well organised and tidy. Breakfast was excellent and the room was cosy, very comfortable and large. The best part was the staff: extremely welcoming and ready to meet all the guests'needs.
