Excellent location and even though in the middle of the city center the place was extremely quiet. The hotel is very modern and kept very clean. The room was very big , with own balcony and excellent views to the town. The bathroom was huge, modern and no single trace of mould in the shower area which is very common for most of the hotels we stayed in in the same city. The little details such as the modern coffee machine with free coffee , few bottles of water and chocolates was so well thought off . Even the air-conditioning was switched on to the perfect temperature before we even entered the room . WOW. There was 3 different size pillows and we were told they even brought the small size because they saw the age of our child when we did the booking. Never seen this much of professionalism in any other hotel . Been there twice now and I will never look for another place to stay when in Plovdiv .

I would give this hotel 11 stars out of 10 :) Right in the center, the room was spacious, perfectly clean and quiet. Huge bed and shower. Coffee machine. Sweet compliments from the hotel. And easy self-checkin. We hope to come back soon!
