The hotel exceeded all my expectations, especially for the price and the location. We stayed for the duration of a local music festival, and this hotel was perfect for that purpose. Everything from the staff, facilities, comfort as well as the value was exceptional. There are many available parking spaces (an underground parking is also available for vehicles without LPG) in case you are arriving by a car. The nearest public transport bus stop is a 2-3 minute walk away from the hotel, and from there you can reach the city center in about 20-30 minutes. There is also a shopping mall located nearby (next to the bus stop), along with several 24/7 open supermarkets that are very well stocked. Special thank you to the receptionist, who allowed us to use the underground parking for our car in the hot summer weather.

The hotel is equipped with hi-tech facilities that ensured our stay was really pleasant. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom big enough and with good water pressure.

Exceptional modern, design, high-tech hotel where everything has been thought for a maximal and unique experience with fantastic room, bathroom with smart glass door and walls which become opaque and a lot of other innovations. Breakfast is great and staff very professional and efficient. Therefore, I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Plovdiv !

We were surprised how modern and hi tech the hotel was. The front desk ladies were extremely nice, responsive and patient. Walking in the room was combined with automatic opening of the curtain and turning the lights on. That by far was the cleanest hotel we ever stayed in Bulgaria. Great job on the fragrance used to keep the air fresh and welcoming. Breakfast was of a good quality and absolutely enough. There was nut milk in addition to the regular cow milk which was a nice touch. We chose the property because it had plenty of parking spaces. Taxi to Kapana is under 10 euros. We returned to the hotel few days later, which is rare for us to repeat a place as we travel a lot.
