They helped us with cancelling & re-buying of national park entrance tickets (we bought tickets for 3 days, but hotel can extend 1day ticket for free). Very eager & lovely staff, great location, good facilities, good food.

Very central location to access the lakes. Comfortable clean rooms and good provision for food and drinks. Staff went out of their way to help us when my wife got sick.
