Everything. Location to waterfalls and the owners hospitality a true gem with lots of rustic Croatian charm. Rooms were spotless and very comfy. You are made to feel at home, not a fancy hotel. Dinner options are simple a small choice but very fresh and changed daily with substantial portions. The hosts are entertaining and welcoming.

Plitvica Lodge is conveniently located near entrance 3 of the National Park making the beginning and end of each day a breeze. Our room was comfortable, clean and quaint. The outdoor balcony was spacious and a lovely place to enjoy the views. Most appreciated was the friendly and accommodating staff and the fabulous dinner and breakfast. It was home cooking at its best - generous portions, tasty and very welcome after a long day on the lakes.
