Comfortable house with a quiet large garden close to the beach. The house is well equipped, WiFi O.K., parking place inside.

The Evelia Sea house is a cute house, designed with care and taste Our spontaneous trip to windsurfing spot was perfect match with the house quite location, wonderful to relax with nice views and lovely set up. Above all the landlords are super friendly, communicative amd eager to solve any issues that may cime your way.

If you like privacy and personalised holidays, Evelia sea house is your choice! It is literally 2minutes walk to the sea. The house offers a very big garden, huge terrace with chez-longues (actually you have terraces all around the house), outside shower (which we loved! no worries, there is also one inside), spacious living room + kitchen, and almost everything you may need in the kitchen (except for kitchen towel! we bought one with Rhodes view and brought it back as souvenir :)). The house is very stylish but also Greek ♥. Internet worked perfectly (which is quite rare in remote areas), air conditioning was available both in the bedroom and the living-kitchen area. Bed sheets and towels were of high quality, i really appreciated that. The surroundings are beautiful, you can see wild deers on your way to the local restaurant, the water in the sea is crystal clear. The manager of the property sent to us all the details one day before arrival and was responding very promptly to our questions and requests. The owners of the house actually came to see us when the wildfires started last week, which was super nice of them! We felt so much safer as we knew whom to contact in case of emergency. FYI the wildfires did not reach the house nor Plimmiri (they were stopped about 15km away), but of course the situation could change, so check it out!
