It is a nice apartment, a nice host, who welcomed us and offered us the key. Parking (free) is just outside, on the street.

The hostess was exquisitely friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view(if the weather is good ofc) from the terrace. The WiFi was surprisingly strong, since I had to work from there. You have parking space, if needed and the location is quite near the city center, convenient for a walk.
