We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. I once stayed in a four-star hotel in Bulgaria, and it was dirtier than this place. So I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Super clean! Many free parking spots. We found bottles of water and candies on the table. Great location, even if it is at periphery, you can reach the city center in 15min by foot.

The rooms are suitable for a single person or couple. They are a good size, always clean and presentable. Host is very good. It's close to all amenities in Pleven.
