Great hotel- always a pleasant stay. Staff are super friendly and helpful The room was nice, interesting design. Bed was comfortable. There was everything in the room, as described when booking. Air con and WiFi worked well. Breakfasts are good and varied. The hotel offers free parking spaces. Location is ideal- an easy walk to the city garden and the central walking street. If i travel to Pleven again i will use the hotel again.

The hotel is obviously well designed, spacious, upmarket, and clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are good and varied. Air con and WiFi worked well. Location is ideal- an easy walk to the city garden and the central walking street. Nice sauna and relax area. It's everything you'd expect from a higher-end hotel. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend. Will be back again.

Great location, an easy walk into the centre, or the historical museum and panorama. Friendly and helpful staff. A small room but clean and had everything needed. Breakfast was a choice option but well served.

The location was perfect, in the City Centre, near to everything, bars, restaurants, shopping streets with all brands. Opposite there is a nice grocery shop, which is also very convenient. The kind and professional staff, the cleanliness and hygiene, the nice breakfast and the free parking, made our stay wonderful! The interior arrangement of the room was modern and very practical. Will definitely stay here in our next visit because of the comfortable bed, great location and breakfast.
