Quiet area. Very clean and comfortable. Francesco & Adriana are awesome hosts who went out of their way to assist us with a few travel hiccups we had. Very grateful.

Very confortable full-equipped appartment within a wonderfull surrounding. Beautiful beaches at 5 min walk. Lovely location next to the bay shared with a 5 star hotel at the same street. Very easy to go to Siracusa old-town and 10 supermarket are only 10 min away by car. The owner Francesco was very friendly and helpful at every time.

Francesco is a very kind and helpful owner. He welcomed us with a smile even at two in the morning (our plane was delayed). He arranged transport (minivan) from the airport for us (7 people - two families), gave us water, coffee, several bottles of good wine and pasta for beginning:-). The very next day he took us by car to do more grocery shopping. He was available to us the whole time and whenever he saw us he asked if everything is all right. The accommodation provides everything you need and is in a very quiet location with a beautiful garden, not even 100 m from a small free beach (Punta Carrozza), the next beach is less than 500 m away (Mitaret beach). There is also a pleasant restaurant (Villa Gaiangos) 300 m within walking distance, a little further Ostrica Park (1.3 km), La Fornace (1.5 km) and a shop/grocery where you can buy what you need (La Greca) 2.5 km. Ristorante L' Asteria Blu (900 m) is also a rental boat - on Francesco's recommendation we took a boat taxi to Syrakusy (last return possible at 10 o'clock pm), 7 people for 130 euros (there and back). Clean sea, sandy beach and cliffs all around full of fish and other interesting and cute creatures. We recommend it, it's worth it! Nothing to add, beautiful holiday! Thank you Francesco!
