The apartment was well equipped with excellent wifi and a large flatscreen TV in the living room. Having a washing machine was very much appreciated. Also great to have some beach chairs and umbrellas available. The apartment being only meters from the wonderful promenade and beaches at Playa Honda was the outstanding characteristic of this property. Fernando was a wonderful host who was most helpful in allowing me to check in early after an early morning arrival in Lanzarote. Would be happy to rebook in the future.

The location is fabulous so close to the Avenida Playa Honda, restaurants and the beach. The apartment is well equipped with most of what you need, and is clean and comfortable. The laundry facilities were good, and plenty of towels and bed linens. Beach chairs and sun parasols were supplied too which was a nice bonus. All communication with the owner Fernando was really good, very prompt replies with a couple of queries I had and were sorted quickly. We had a lovely stay thank you Fernando 🙂

Location good, not a sea front property as the description would have you think, however you can see the sea from the front veranda. The property is a nice size, clean with all mod cons. The promenade is at the end of the street. The locals are warm and friendly.
