Location was excellent and staff really really helpful and friendly and going extra mile for you. Facilities bit dated but you get what you pay for.

Good location, beach walkable in 7 min., shops on the corner, bars/restaurants inside hotel and also near by. Airport taxi ride - 15€, really close (15 min). Taxi called by reception all day, arrival in 2 min., great taxi cars and drivers. Also, bus stop near, on the main road. Walking to the castle in 40-50 min., nice promenade by the sea all the way to Marina of Eivissa. City centre very beautiful, full of shops, 1 theatre, pharmacies. Only on Sunday many things are closed. Museum closed on Monday. Can get boats to Formentera and similar. Buses go to several locations on the island. Nice trip to Santa Eulalia!

Super attentive staff. The accommodation is nice, but a bit old. I would deep cleaning the full apartments, the kitchen had some parties that would require deep cleaning. Providing a bit more, like a bin in the toilet and the washing up soap for cleaning the dishes would be make the staying better. The flat is functional, but I do think that in the high season there will be no chance to sleep as the windows are not glazed. The WiFi did not work at All, but we were using the one in the bar next door
