The flexibility to check-in was good since we were arriving late at night. The apartment is newly renovated and the temperature was good for December, with no need for heating. In fact, it was really hot in the morning with the sun hitting the living room window. It was great to park right there every day after driving around the island. The place was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed and it was in good condition. It included some water and cookies too (and wine, but we don't drink). Basic furniture, but all the necessary items were there.

Very modern and clean, overlooking the pool. Light and good air circulation if you keep the windows open. Very nice host who met me at the property at arrival and showed me around the property. Shampoo and shower gel provided in the bathroom and small extras in the kitchen also provided - salt, pepper, tea.

The host was extremely nice and helpful. He pointed out the main areas to us upon arrival which was great. He was easygoing on checkout time which we were thrilled about as we had a 7pm flight home. Very nice person!

I had a 10-night solo stay. The owner WhatsApped before arrival to arrange to meet on-site to handover of the access card/keys. I was able to check in early. He was very friendly and showed me around. Although Los Molinos is by the main road, the apt is quiet, as the living area faces the pool. I’d say 90% of the residents are owner-occupiers, There are not many tourists. There’s plenty of room around the pool. Although an older building, this apt is refurbished to a high standard. It was spotlessly clean. The Wi-Fi worked reliably at a high speed. Photos are accurate. The shower room has plenty of drawers under the sink. The bedroom has plenty of storage/fitted wardrobes. The bed is firm and comfortable. The balcony has been replaced by sliding windows to extend the usable living area. The sofa seats 4 and pulls out into a sofa bed. There’s a coffee table top pops up so you can sit on the sofa and eat dinner from the table. The cupboards are well-equipped with cutlery, crockery, utensils, saucepans etc. There is a small selection of condiments, tea, coffee, and sugar, and plenty of space to put your things. With windows open at front and back, you usually get a breeze through so no need to use the AC in Feb. it’s 5 mins walk to the Yumbo. There are some bars/restaurants below and a small supermarket across the road. If you want to do a bigger shop head across the main road and into San Fernando, where Mercadona and Lidl are about 15 mins walk. There are lots of bus stops around the Yumbo, or to go to Las Palmas, turn left out of the block and walk 12 mins to the Gran Canaria Princess hotel, and take #30, which runs 2-3 times/hr and takes an hour. The building is very secure as a swipe card is needed to access the main entrances. Unfortunately, I lost this one day. I got in OK and luckily had my key. The owner was very responsive and brought me a replacement the next day (great service).
