location was ok. apartment was well equipped , happy with it

The location was good: close to the supermarktet, to Yumbo, the beaches and to the highway. Also it was nice to have a parking lot. Facility wise everything was mostly there; washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, etc.

Calling it luxury might be pushing it but it is a nice apartment. Location is good.
