Check-in was very fast and I was shown directly to my room. Breakfast every morning was plentiful and there was always availability at the tables. The room was very spacious and cool with the AC; the rain shower was a nice touch. The location was the real selling point, it is literally a moment's walk from the Yumbo Centre. The staff were all so nice and chatty.

Stunning hotel, very friendly staff that went above and beyond on numerous occasions, good selection for breakfast - I prefer bacon etc cooked crispy, chef was happy to accommodate any requests! Location was central, and easy to use buses to other parts of the island - reception staff were happy to give detailed information and advice! Hotel was peaceful although close by to the Yumbo, no noise from here is heard. Hotel was very clean and met our standards! My mum and I stayed for a week for a little relaxing break, we were in the annex across the road, we both rated every aspect very highly and would definitely book this hotel again when visiting the island. Thanks!
