No hassle check-in. Apartment is in absolutely perfect location. Overlooking Yumbo. Ten minute stroll down to beach. (Because of the superb location I probably saved €200 in taxis during my trip). Bus 66 from airport stops literally across the road (€3.5). Return bus to airport five minute walk north up Av de Espana. Improvements have been made since reviews from 2022. All windows now replaced with sturdy soundproof double glazing - also replaced is glass door to balcony. Now very secure and no street noise into apartment. Very large private balcony overlooking Yumbo Centre. Balcony faces east and gets direct sun all day from late morning until dusk. Curtains stop apartment getting too hot during the day - had no need for air conditioning even during August high temperatures. Have stayed many times at this resort and - even in 4 star hotels - have never had balcony this size with such a good sun-facing position. Bedroom is good size with large full-wall closet and plenty of drawer space. Beds are comfortable with extra pillows and blankets if required. Windows have thick blinds to keep out sunlight. Always had good night's sleep with no street noise. Bathroom is clean and functional with shower over bath. Shower has good water pressure and good adjustment. Plenty of towels. Kitchen has lots of worktop space and comes with all plates/cutlery/utensils to cook basic meals. A big plus is the large fridge/freezer (much better than the small fridge usually found in hotels). I took a five minute cab drive to the local Lidl supermarket and stocked-up for my whole trip (saved a fortune on Tourist Mini-Mart prices). The Cordillo supermarket on ground floor is reasonably for a tourist resort, but not so cheap as Lidl. I had a good time staying at this apartment. No hassles. No worries. Very clean. The decor, it must be said, is a little dated. Some of the furniture (especially the kitchen) has seen better days. But these are minor gripes.

The location could not have been better. It looked right over the Yumbo and the balcony got the sun late afternoon til it almost went down. Nice quiet pool setting. The single bed was very comfortable.

Right opposite yumbo and noise didn't bother me. The pool was also very quiet and plenty loungers to use so no getting up early for them. Bus stop literally across road so take thw bus from airport and is so much cheaper.
