Good beds, except it's just narrow single beds pushed together that move apart if you so much as sneeze. Otherwise, good rooms and clean. The hotel is generally clean and cleaners do a great job. Reception staff, karol, checked me in. I've never been checked in with such disinterest bordering on disdain before. As the face of the hotel check in staff should be ambassadors and set the tone for the holiday ahead. Worst check in experience I've ever had. So sorry to have troubled you darling, with my hard earned time away in the sun that I've paid a considerable sum for. I'm sorry for whatever has happened to you to make you like this, but maybe don't do a customer facing job as your profession. The women working in the bars are quite friendly and some of the men, but honestly, the people working here do make you feel like you're making them do something beyond their job description when you are literally just asking to be served a simple drink. The food is not particularly good. As someone who accepts that the buffet in these kind of places is mass produced and never going to be amazing, the salad bar which I usually rely on was poor. There's no show cooking or omelette making station either. Animation team did a great show around the theme of The Greatest Showman the first night, which set expectations but then it just got worse after that. I would definitely recommend going premium AI. The cost is minimal and the drink quality is far higher. If you have more than a couple of drinks a day, its worth it for sure. The normal AI drinks are cheap brands and sickly tasting cocktails. They do ask for your room number every single time you ask for a premium drink. This is an absolutely ridiculous safegaurding issue, travelling as single woman and announcing my room number to half a dozen people constantly is not safe.

Plenty entertainment and pools for kids. Food lovely and lots of choice. Rooms all renovated.
