Room 322 * Location * Efficient and strong wifi * Well- cleaned * A relatively big terrace with a table and a fantastic view * Washing machine available * Very-well equipped (in the kitchen area, iron, ironboard, laundry drying rack) * A lot of storage space ( e.g. a wardrobe with many hangers) * A new sofa/ TV stand with chest of drawers * Blinds to cut the light coming from the corridor in the sleeping room * Possibility to enter the room once the cleaning ended

Apartment was basic but clean and ideal for my needs. Kitchen well equipped, comfortable double bed, nice balcony with lovely views. The host Sergio was excellent and addressed a minor issue for me. He was easily approachable, and friendly.
