Small but cozy apartment for two people. I liked it very much. The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and pillows. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary tools for your stay. In addition, there is a great rooftop pool and a warm Jacuzzi :) The apartment is located in a quiet place, but not far from the 5th avenue, beach and a supermarket.

Extremely cozy condo, got everything we needed and we especially liked the two big TVs and the fans in both the bedroom and living room. Air conditioning is super strong, saved us from the hot weather in Mexico. Location is extremely good to travel almost anywhere for tourism (Xcaret, Tulum, Cozumel, etc.). The host is one of the best hosts I've ever met! Provided us with everything we needed, and agreed to extend the checkout time a bit given our situation. Thanks a lot Ivan!

Zilha 42 was a great choice for our family. It was easy to get into the building and the apartment, and the security guard for the building was a very kind and helpful woman. The provided parking garage is secure and easy. We liked the location. It was quieter than other apartments in Playa del Carmen and the rooftop pool and solar heated hot tub were an excellent addition to our stay. We met some of the residents of the apartment who were super friendly and had tons of great recommendations for the area. There was even a bonus little splash pool on our private balcony with lovely plants all around and a foldable clothing rack for drying clothes in the sun. The two bathrooms were very useful. Hot water in the shower was excellent. The TV had Netflix and my daughter enjoyed watching a movie in the evening. Wifi worked great. The apartment is a short walk from beaches and the area with restaurants and shops. Also, there’s a great little local restaurant if you turn right out of the apartment and walk to the corner. All in all, we had a great experience at Zilha 42.

Everything was amazing. Great location and facilities with care and love on little details. Great plus to be able to enjoy Netflix at the end of the day and nice roof swimming pool to cool down
